From digital to print: another example

The List, House & Garden’s online directory of design professionals, is to be published in print for the first time, it was announced this week.

I always rejoice when a content strategy that has worked for digital moves to print.  For one thing, it reassures me of what I already know: print is not going to disappear, but it will play a different, less of a protagonist role, but it will also be inspired by what has been successful digitally.

Now House & Garden will take its highly successful The List, which combines  interior designers, architects, garden designers, and specialists across the UK. The list allows for searches by area, name and specialization. It has become an essential tool in allowing users a direct gateway to new and local talent, for any project large or small.
