Visual storytelling continues to grow in popularity with readers who read on their mobile devices. It continues to fascinate some editors and journalists for the possibilities it presents.
These two recent stories capture the energy and power of effective visual storytelling. I read both on my iPhone and/or iPad, and I enjoyed the flow of narrative and visuals, as if a friend was telling me these stories via What’s App. That, by the way, is the idea when we blend text and visuals for stories aimed for mobile device consumption.
